While the staff will never know what is involved behind the scenes to successfully execute a party, trust me, I do. You provided confidence, credibility, unnerving calm, and most importantly, a sense of humor which made this as an enjoyable process for me as possible. For this I am most grateful.
The food was artistic, incredible, and most importantly, devoured. To your credit, our food critics were very impressed with the quality and presentation of the foods.
Jim, I appreciate the fact that you solved problems prior to bringing them to my attention, always offering creative solutions (and never raising the budget.) I was thankful never to hear "No I can't do that" but to hear "Lindsay, let me look at that and come up with something." Your staff was professional at every step.

We are enjoying many happy reflections of our recent Pre-Grand Prix Gala. It was our most successful fundraiser to date and a great deal of credit goes to you.
I recall when we began planning almost two years ago with only vague ideas for a fundraiser at the Aquarium of the Pacific. We came away from your meeting with enthusiasm to spare. Your idea of a Pre-Grand Prix Gala was perfect! Your complete grasp of all aspects of this event and your willingness to pull all the elements together allowed the committee to focus on the sponsorships, ticket sales, and the silent auction.
It is quite remarkable that you and your staff were able to set up so quickly given the remarkable time restraints. The event went so smoothly; the food was marvelous at the various stations, the cooks and wait staff were efficient while polite and friendly. All of the decorations and flowers were perfect in setting the ambiance for this great party.
Jim, we are delighted with all you did for us at the event, we could not have done it without you. We look forward with pleasure, to working with you again next year on our 2nd annual Gala!

Dear Jim:
Thank you very much for your work catering our recognition dinner at the Long Beach Aquarium. The food was outstanding. The shrimp were huge and we were very impressed with the filet mignon. It was so tender, which is no small feat when serving 350 people! The potatoes were great as well as the petits fours. The table linens were a hit thanks to your referral.
Your placement of the bars and the positioning of your servers during the reception were excellent. Our guests were able to sample the appetizers and have drinks while in line for their pictures.
We appreciate your patience working with our committee over the course of the year. It was a pleasure working with you and thank you for contributing to our successful event.

Dear Jim,
